Tips for Chronic Inflammation

In case of some damaged cells or pathogen or irritant or any injury, body tend to defend itself. This process is called inflammation. Actually inflammation is part of body immune response. It can be beneficial but sometimes it can persist longer causing more harm then benefit. Chronic inflammation can eventually cause several diseases and conditions.

There are following some inflammations and their remedies.


Noisily escape of air from the stomach through the mouth,also called as belching. It usually occurs when too much air is swallowed.

A cup of ginger tea can help to reduce excess gas production.


Become swollen with fluid and gas. Bloating usually refers to abdominal bloating. You can try Peppermint tea and Ginger Chamomile tea to relieve bloating.

Burning Skin

It is misunderstood that vitamin D deficiency causes the burning skin. It is very unlikely to consider. Actual reason of burning sensation is deficiency of vitamin B. Mainly it cause burning in feet. Vitamin B is group of 12 vitamins from which two can cause burning sensation.

Consumption of adequate amount of vitamin B can overcome this problem.


Constipation is an uncomfortable problem with a number of causes. It is a condition in which there is difficulty in passing the stool usually associated with hardened farces.

Add one tablespoon of coconut oil to water and drink it. It will help to soften the bowel and prevent the constipation.

Cough and Sore Throat

A condition strike by pain in the throat, generally caused by inflammation due to a cold or other virus often followed with cough.

Mix one tablespoon honey in luke warm water it will soothe and break secretions. Gargling with warm salt water can help soothe a sore throat.


Involuntarily and forcibly contraction of muscles that does not relax is called cramping. It lasts fr a few seconds to some minutes. All skeletal muscles can cramp at any time. It can happen in children athlete or elder person. Low blood calcium level, dehydration or any injury can cause cramping.

If cramps are because of dehydration take in some liquids fluids and electrolytes. To get the relieve from common muscle cramp massage the affected area which will help the muscle to relax. When a cramp is in the lower extremities, by walking around it should loosen the knot in the muscle and the cramp will go away.

Dark Eye Circles

Lack of sleep is prime reason of dark circles. Stress, disturbed life style and hormonal changing may also lead to dark eye circles.

Tomatoes, grated potato, cold tea bags, cucumbers, rose water, mint leaves can be used on regular basis for considerable results.


A condition in which farces are discharged in the form of loose liquids called motions. Diarrhea is an increase in the frequency of bowel movements.

Drink plenty of fluids, and follow the “BRAT” diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast). Electrolyte solutions such as Pedialyte can be helpful for children.


Headache is the symptom of pain anywhere in the region of the head or neck. There is also an increased risk of depression in those with severe headaches.

Minimize stress, take frequent sleep.

Warm up your neck by putting a heating pad or a warm cloth around neck to ease tension headaches.

Itchy Eyes

Most of the time, itchy eyes are caused by some type of allergy. An irritating substance such as pollen, dust and animal dander causes the release of compounds called histamines in the tissues around the eyes, which results in itching, redness and swelling.

Rinse the eyes properly. Apply a cold compress and try allergy eye drops.

Joint Pain

Pain is a feature of joint inflammation, arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Joint pain can also be caused by some injury affecting some ligaments or tendons.

Use hot and cold therapy, lose weight, use meditation to cope with pain, include the right fatty acid in your diet and also add turmeric too

Loss of Appetite

A decreased appetite occurs when you have a reduced desire to eat. It may have a number of reasons behind like anxiety, depression, some kind of disease like hepatitis.

Take equal parts of mustard seeds, asafetida, ginger, cumin seeds and black salt and grind the mixture to a fine powder. Add this mixture to a glass of milk and drink it an hour before meals to enhance the appetite.

Memory Loss

It might be occasional forgetfulness or loss of short-term memory. Memory loss affects millions of people. Main reasons for memory loss are nutrition deficiencies, alcohol use, stress or depression, sleep deprivation and many more.

Eat organic food, fish, fat, and get enough quality sleep.

Hives, Rash and Acne

Hives or rash are red swollen itchy bumps on skin. they can be as a result of allergy. stress could be main reason of Acne and hives.

A herb witch hazel can be helpful to relieve from irritation and use cold compress.

Stuffy and Runny Nose

A stuffy nose occurs when the tissues lining become swollen. The swelling is due to inflamed blood vessels. A stuffy or runny nose may be caused by Common cold, Flu and Sinus infection.

Drink plenty of fluids and hot teas and facial steam.

Water Retention

Water retention cause swelling in the hands, feet, ankles and legs.

Dandelion is an herb that can be used as natural diuretics which may help reduce water retention by making you pee more often.
